Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "okkt," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the okkt online gaming platform accessible at okkt.app, operating under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" refers to the okkt website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, features, and tools made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the okkt Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created when a User completes the okkt registration process and is verified in accordance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional programs, customer support functions, and responsible gaming tools offered through the okkt Platform.
• "Funds" refers to Philippine Peso (₱) deposits held in a User's okkt account balance, including any bonus amounts credited in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by okkt that are subject to separate wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions as specified at the point of each individual promotion.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for licensing and supervising gaming operators in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including submission and validation of government-issued identification documents.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the okkt Platform is restricted by applicable law or okkt's compliance policies.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okkt Platform, creating an account, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with okkt's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and okkt. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Services. Your continued use of the okkt Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first account registration and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with okkt, including following any account suspension or closure where residual obligations apply.

Eligibility

Use of the okkt Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law prohibit any person under 21 years of age from participating in casino-style gaming and sports betting. okkt strictly enforces this requirement through government-issued ID verification during the KYC process.
• Residency and Access: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of online gaming services is lawful at the time of each gaming session. okkt primarily serves Filipino players in the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking legal capacity to contract may not register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through okkt or any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion registry. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded are prohibited from registering new accounts.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered okkt account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held therein may be forfeited, subject to PAGCOR guidelines on fund recovery.
• Non-Employee Status: Employees of okkt, its affiliated operators, technology partners, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to register or maintain a player account.

okkt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access the full range of okkt Services, you must complete the account registration process and pass the required KYC identity verification. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address.

You agree not to provide false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when updating your account details. okkt will not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you, including delays in withdrawal processing caused by name mismatches between your okkt account and your linked payment method.

KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document acceptable in the Philippines, which may include a Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or SSS/GSIS card. Additional documentation may be requested for enhanced due diligence purposes in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance requirements.

okkt reserves the right to freeze or suspend any account pending completion of KYC verification, or where unusual account activity triggers our fraud detection or anti-money laundering compliance systems.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okkt Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through your okkt account:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. okkt supports deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your okkt account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard processing times of the relevant financial institution. okkt does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically settled within fifteen (15) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing timelines. Withdrawal requests submitted during bank non-business hours may experience processing delays.

Verification of Withdrawals: okkt reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above a specified threshold, or where our fraud detection systems have flagged unusual activity.

• Funds deposited into your okkt account may only be used for gaming activity on the Platform.
• You may not transfer funds from your okkt account to another user's account.
• okkt does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• In the event that a deposit is received from a payment method not registered in your name, okkt reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals via USDT TRC20 and Coins.ph are subject to network transaction fees charged by the respective blockchain networks, which are borne by the user.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

okkt offers various promotional programs to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses, cashback offers, sports betting promotions, and bingo room specials. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Opt-In Requirement: No bonus is automatically credited to your account without your explicit opt-in, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. By opting into a promotion, you agree to all associated bonus terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be completed through eligible game play before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are displayed on each promotion page prior to opt-in.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the okkt Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and other game categories may have different contribution percentages. These are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified per promotion. Expired bonus balances and any winnings generated from them are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible account unless otherwise stated. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes fraudulent activity.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: okkt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is actively in progress, affected users will be notified through the Platform.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okkt Platform are operated in accordance with their respective game rules published on the Platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on screen and the result recorded on okkt's server logs, the server-side record shall be the definitive and final record.

okkt's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for slot titles are available in the individual game information panels. Live dealer game rules and payout tables are displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software faults — okkt reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding staked amount to the player's account balance. In cases where a malfunction cannot be attributed with certainty to either party, okkt's determination following investigation shall be final.

Sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. okkt reserves the right to void, suspend, or revise odds on any market where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, market manipulation, or where the integrity of the underlying event is in question.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okkt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or attempting to use accounts registered in another person's name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent identity verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and subject to recovery.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer, poker, or any other game type where collusion could affect game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the okkt sportsbook.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okkt staff, live dealers, or other users through the Platform's chat or communication features.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's underlying technology or security systems.

okkt employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, okkt's determination is final and the right of appeal is limited to formal submission through the official dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

Responsible Gaming

okkt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and as part of our own operational standards, the following player protection tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account dashboard. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: You may set a maximum continuous session duration, after which okkt will display a reality check notification showing your net gaming balance for that session.
• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your account access will be suspended, and you will not receive marketing communications. If you attempt to register a new account during a self-exclusion period, that account will be closed and any deposits returned.
• Age Verification: okkt enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits returned.

All content on the okkt Platform — including but not limited to the okkt brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, software, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to okkt and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okkt.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to okkt regarding the Platform or Services may be used by okkt without restriction or compensation to you. You waive any moral rights in such submissions to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The okkt Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okkt makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability and accurate game operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okkt shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network outages, or third-party payment processing delays outside okkt's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow game rules, bonus terms, or these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in relation to your gambling activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits okkt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

In all cases where okkt is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okkt account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

okkt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where we have reason to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Where you have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Where your account activity triggers our anti-money laundering compliance systems and you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation upon request.
• Where you are in breach of PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Where okkt is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
• Where your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting okkt through the 24/7 live chat. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal verification procedures.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, okkt reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines on fund recovery rights.

Privacy and Data Protection

okkt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an okkt account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okkt processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You have rights in relation to your personal data under Philippine data protection law, including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. All data-related requests will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

okkt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under these Terms — okkt will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users through the Platform, by email, or by both means.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required by changes in PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law, may be implemented without prior notice and take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.

The version of these Terms published on the okkt Platform at any given time is the version in force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the currently published version was last amended. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the conditions governing your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the okkt Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and okkt, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance through the 24/7 live chat. Our support team will attempt to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. okkt targets a first response to all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and a full resolution within ten (10) business days, except where the complexity of the matter requires additional investigation time.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its applicable dispute resolution channels. okkt cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-mandated dispute resolution processes.

Subject to the above, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
